The incident caused the young man’s motorbike to slightly collide with another student’s motorbike running in the opposite direction.

The 20-year-old youth regained his balance and continued to chase the two men when a collision occurred. The man fell on the road and died on the spot. The two suspects fled the scene.

The victim’s motorbike slid about 15 meters long, colliding with another car running in the opposite direction.

Regarding the incident, District 12 Police, Ho Chi Minh City, are extracting camera data along the route to clarify the cause.
