Previously, in Quang Binh, there was a rumor that Mr. Mai Thanh Huyen, Principal of Chau Hoa Primary School No. 2, Chau Hoa Commune, had brought the school’s red book to pledge money for personal expenses.

The rumors speculate that Mr. Huyen took the school’s red book to borrow 200 million VND from June 2021 and by April 2022, he had to pay 500 million VND in both capital and interest to creditors.

On April 27, Chau Hoa Commune People’s Committee set up an inspection team to verify the above information, but during the meeting, Mr. Huyen said that he did not use the school’s red book to pledge and is currently at the school. .

Mr. Hoang Van Phuc, Head of the Education and Training Department of Tuyen Hoa district, said that the department also received a lawsuit from an individual related to Mr. Huyen’s borrowing of a car as a pledge and the permission of the car owner in the future. from January 27 to February 27 must pay, but so far Mr. Huyen has not paid.

It is known that the red book of Chau Hoa 2 Primary School has an area of ​​4,780 m2, belonging to land plot No. 249, map sheet No. 18 in Lac Son village, Chau Hoa commune.

This is the land of the education and training institution, with a long term of use, signed and promulgated by the Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee on November 27, 2017.

Related to this case, Tuyen Hoa district police also received a letter from a citizen asking the authorities to verify Mr. Huyen’s borrowing and personal debt.
