The real estate market in the East of Hanoi heats up

Real estate market Hanoi is about to receive new supply coming from the East. With the advantage of infrastructure and being located in the center of the Northern Delta, many experts estimate that this area’s market will attract many investors.

Bridges and roads connecting the two banks of the Red River such as Vinh Tuy 1 bridge, Vinh Tuy 2 bridge or Co Linh intersection are said to be the main driving force for changing the face of the East of Hanoi.

Ten years ago, the supply of real estate in the East of Hanoi was very small, products were not diversified, and the price increase was low. However, at present, this is an area attracting strong investment cash flow, with a series of large projects. At one point, one-third of Hanoi’s market supply came from the East and this place also witnessed the strongest price increase in recent times.

As noted from the exchanges real estate transaction, house prices in some urban areas fully invested in infrastructure in the East have rapidly increased in price in the past 2 years. Even residential land in the community also benefits.

Ms. Do Thu Hang – Senior Director, Consulting and Research Department, Savills Hanoi said: “The Eastern region has sold out, thanks to the strong improvement in infrastructure. Currently, there are many investors earning income. attracted to Hanoi and also has the interest of other provinces”.

The land fund in inner-city districts is now exhausted, so the market is witnessing a trend of relocation and investment inflows in projects around Hanoi.
