Vinhomes profit is 5,886 billion dong in the first quarter of 2022, owner’s equity increased by 44% in 1 year
Vinhomes Joint Stock Company has just announced the Consolidated Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2022 with a total consolidated net revenue of VND 8,923 billion, coming from the handover of real estate for living at three major projects Vinhomes Ocean Park, Vinhomes Smart City and Vinhomes Grand Park.
If adjusted to add together the revenue from the sale of large real estate lots and from the business cooperation of real estate projects are recognized in financial income, consolidated net revenue is VND 14,279 billion, down 9% compared to the same period last year, due to the fact that residential real estate products are not due for handover but will be handed over in the remaining quarters of the year.
The total consolidated profit before tax reached 5,886 billion VND, the consolidated profit after tax of the parent company reached 4,540 billion VND. Earnings per share (EPS) in the first quarter of 2022 reached VND 1,043.
As of March 31, 2022, total assets of Vinhomes reached VND 233,963 billion, equity reached VND 136,072 billion, up 13% and 44% respectively over the same period last year.
In the first quarter of 2022, Vinhomes continues to launch new products. In Hanoi, there are apartment towers P1 and P3 in The Pavilion subdivision, Vinhomes Ocean Park urban area. Along with that, Vinhomes also continues to launch The Tonkin subdivision in the Vinhomes Smart City urban area with Indochine style.
In April 2022, Vinhomes launched Vinhomes Ocean Park – The Empire, Phase 2 of the Vinhomes Ocean Park Grand Project. The Empire project includes components such as villas, townhouses, townhouses and apartments.
In Ho Chi Minh City, Vinhomes held a series of sales events at The Beverly subdivision at Vinhomes Grand Park which also attracted 5,000 attendees. 100% of serviced apartments sold out within a week of launch.
