Just 1.2 meters wide and perched 95 meters above ground, this striking new attraction looks like a treacherous hike through the beautiful Czech Republic’s Bohemia region.

Suspended over a valley in the Jeseniky Mountains, the bridge has six supporting ropes to cling to its sides and unspoiled, tree-covered slopes in view below. Management company Dolni Morava Resort warned: “We do not recommend walking on the bridge for those who are afraid of heights and feel dizzy, faint or unable to move”.

Nepal’s Baglung Parbat pedestrian bridge, 280 kilometers west of Kathmandu, was once the world’s longest suspension bridge to date with a length of 567 meters.

The 721 Sky Bridge took two years to build, with Czech tourism officials hoping it will help attract nature lovers and adventure travelers to the area. Tickets start at 10.50 Euro (305 Czech Koruna), with additional fees for adding a booster seat to the gate.

The bridge also hosts a live interactive storytelling tour, accessible on smartphones, that weaves in the country’s history as visitors walk around the hour and a half trail, The application will provide useful and attractive information for the trip based on the user’s location.
