Mr. Phan Huy Anh Vu, then the director of Dong Nai Hospital, colluded with the price appraisal unit to prepare and approve the appraisal report on 11/12 bidding packages won by AIC Company. bid at a price higher than the legal price….

The investigating agency determined that the above acts had seriously violated the provisions of the Law on Bidding, causing damage to state property more than 150 billion VND.

Not only winning many bidding packages in the medical field, AIC Group is also known for winning many bidding packages in the field of education.

Specifically, in 2018 in the bidding package “Purchasing and installing equipment to deploy smart school model for 3 levels (Primary, Secondary, High School (phase 2)” joint venture AIC International Progress Joint Stock Company – ECTC Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company won the bid for 150,262,303,000 VND according to Decision No. 954/QD-SGDDT dated 30/11/2018 signed by Director of Yen Bai Department of Education and Training, Duong Van Bang. This bid is 150,287,771,000 VND.

Also in 2018, in the bidding package “Procurement and installation of preschool equipment for schools in Yen Bai province (phase 2), part of the project on investment in preschool equipment for schools in Yen Bai province. ”, AIC International Progressive Joint Stock Company was approved to win the bid at the price of VND 80,290,696,000 according to Decision No. 955/QD-SGDDT dated 30/11/2018. The price of this package is 80,315,841,800 VND.
