The two countries Vietnam – Japan were agreed by the two Prime Ministers during Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s November 2021 visit to Japan.

Prime Minister Kishida said that the Japanese also attach great importance to calligraphy culture; that cultural similarities are an important foundation contributing to strengthening the strong friendship between the two countries and two peoples; expressed his sincere thanks to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh through this meaningful and unique gift.
