After about 10 seconds, the woman lost her hand and fell on the road while the Mazda continued to accelerate and left. The person who uploaded the clip said it was a case “jealous“.
Talking to us, the commander of Traffic Police Team No. 5, Hanoi Police, said that the unit is coordinating with the authorities to verify the case.
“We are for verification system. The case showed signs of causing public disorder, so the unit had to coordinate with other authorities.
