According to HoREA, most of the problems in housing development projects have existed for many years but have not been removed by the city.

According to real estate expert Tran Khanh Quang, the “cross” regulations on paying land use fees in Ho Chi Minh City, along with problems with investment, construction, and land procedures have not been completely resolved, making goods series of real estate projects deadlocked.
