Hanoi is the main venue for the competition, along with 11 neighboring localities including: Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, and Nam. Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, Phu Tho. It is expected that 10,000 athletes, coaches and 10,000 -15,000 international visitors will come to Vietnam on this occasion.
