Estoril Open: Sebastian Baez Wins First ATP Title

Facing the 5th seed of Frances Tiafoe in the final of the Estoril Open tennis tournament, few would have thought that this year’s young player, only 21 years old, Sebastian Baez would have such an easy victory.

The Argentinian player lost a break in his first serve game, but that was also the only break point that Baez lost in this match. The Argentine then had two more break points from Tiafoe to come back and win 6-3 in the first set.

Set 2 was even easier for Baez when he got 2 more breaks from the opponent and went straight to a 6-2 victory in this set and 2-0 overall. Overcoming Frances Tiafoe, Sebastian Baez won a tournament in the ATP system for the first time in his career.
