Having an indefinite-term labor contract or a definite-term labor contract of 1 month or more entered into and performed before April 1, 2022.
Participating in compulsory social insurance in enterprises located in industrial parks, export processing zones or key economic areas.
If they are not subject to compulsory social insurance, their name must be included in the salary list of the enterprise in the month immediately preceding the time of making the support list.
With a support level of 1,000,000 VND/person/month, employees need to meet the following 3 conditions:
Currently renting, staying in accommodation from April 1 to June 30, 2022.
Having an indefinite-term labor contract or a definite-term labor contract of 1 month or more entered into and performed between April 1 and June 30, 2022, unless concatenating the contract signed and performed previously.
Participating in compulsory social insurance in the month preceding the time the employer makes a list of employees requesting rent support.
