Flexible implementation of the principle of “prevention – detection – isolation – zoning – suppression” according to the narrowest possible scale and scope, in line with the epidemic’s development; flexibly apply the anti-epidemic formula “5K + vaccine, medicine + treatment + technology + people’s consciousness + other measures”.
Implement synchronously monitoring and testing measures to detect infected cases, thereby promptly zoning, isolating and stamping out the epidemic as soon as possible; strengthen the application of information technology in monitoring, reporting and sharing information on the epidemiological and testing situation.
