Working Group 1, led by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh, inspects ministries and agencies: Office of the National Assembly, Office of the Government, Supreme People’s Court, Ho National Academy of Politics Ho Chi Minh City, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; localities: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue.

Working Group 2, led by Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai, inspects ministries and agencies: the Office of the Party Central Committee, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Finance. Working group 4, led by Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh, inspects ministries and agencies: Agriculture and Rural Development, Industry and Trade, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, and Vietnam Farmers’ Association , Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Vietnam Cooperative Union, National Committee of Vietnam Union of Literary and Art Associations, Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Management Board of Hi-Tech Park Hoa Lac; localities: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai.

Working group 5, led by the Minister of Planning and Investment, inspects the following localities: Da Nang, Quang Nam, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh and Ha Nam.

Working group 6, led by the Minister of Finance, inspects the following localities: Vinh Phuc, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, and Binh Phuoc.

At the same time, the working group considered responsibilities in leading, directing, urging, checking, reviewing and handling difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in public investment disbursement at each ministry, agency, local, which has the head responsibility; perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the Head of the Working Group.

The working group shall report the inspection results and propose and propose specific solutions to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital and send it to the Prime Minister within 5 working days from the date of completion of the inspection of the ministries and agencies. central and local authorities.
