Accordingly, in Article 56 of the Law on Social Insurance, from January 1, 2018, the monthly pension of eligible employees is calculated at 45% of the average monthly income on which social insurance premiums are based and corresponds to the number of years of payment of social insurance as follows: after:
For male employees who retire in 2018 is 16 years, 2019 is 17 years, 2020 is 18 years, 2021 is 19 years, from 2022 onwards is 20 years;
For female employees who retire from 2018 onwards, it is 15 years.
After that, for each additional year, employees are charged 2% more; the maximum rate equal to 75% of the monthly salary on which social insurance premiums are based.
Thus, for female employees, if they pay social insurance premiums for 20 years and retire from 2022, they will receive a pension at the rate of 55% of their monthly salary on which social insurance premiums are based.
For male employees who pay social insurance contributions for 20 years and retire in 2022, they will receive a pension at the rate of 55% of the monthly salary on which social insurance premiums are based.
