According to initial information, around 4 pm on May 2 on Highway 14 (the section through Ia Glai commune, Chu Se district) there was an accident between 3 motorbikes.
At this time, Captain PTC, an officer of the Traffic Police Department – Gia Lai Provincial Police, drove a specialized car to the scene and coordinated with the team to solve the case.
However, on the way, due to heavy rain and slippery roads, the special-purpose vehicle unfortunately blew out the front tire, causing Captain PTC to lose control, the car plunged to the side of the road.
