Starting at 8am this morning (May 3), the Organizing Committee sold tickets for the matches in the group stage of men’s football at SEA Games 31 of U23 Vietnam, but many fans came from the afternoon of May 2. 7 family members of Mrs. Mai (75 years old) departed from Son La at 10 am on May 1, and arrived at Viet Tri city at 10 pm on May 2 at 10 pm. Overcoming a long journey, her family did not mind “difficulty” one more night outside Viet Tri Stadium (Stadium) to buy a ticket to watch U23 Vietnam play.

Like Mrs. Mai’s family, Duong Quoc Dat’s sisters (3rd grader, residing in Viet Tri City, Phu Tho) came to line up from 7pm on May 2.

The reason why many people are willing to accept such difficulties to buy tickets is because Viet Tri Stadium has a small number of seats, only about 20,000 seats. Meanwhile, a large number of tickets were sold online, so the number of tickets sold on May 3 was quite limited. Each match, the organizers only sell a maximum of 2 tickets for one person.

Thousands of people gathered overnight outside Viet Tri Stadium, most of them wishing to own a ticket for the Vietnam – Indonesia match (to take place on May 6), creating a huge demand.

“From 7 pm, after eating, I went out here to wait to buy tickets for the match with the U23 Vietnam team. I knew I could only buy 2 tickets, but I still decided to come early to queue with the desire to watch until the end. eyes of Vietnamese U23 players playing on the field,” shared Nguyen Van Dung (Gia Cam ward, Viet Tri city).

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Tung (resident in Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province), because he wanted to see Vietnam U23 players compete, he couldn’t buy tickets online, he decided to go nearly a hundred kilometers, accepting the waste. And wait, until 21:00 on May 2, he was also present at Viet Tri Stadium to wait in line to buy tickets.

After a night of patiently waiting, Vietnamese football fans were able to own the first tickets. The lucky person to receive the first ticket is Vu Duc Trung from Viet Tri City, Phu Tho.

This morning (May 3), the first tickets have reached buyers. The first person to buy the ticket was Vu Duc Trung (in Viet Tri, Phu Tho). To get these tickets, me and my mother had to spend a long night outside Viet Tri Stadium. Although tired, Trung is still very happy to own this precious ticket.

According to the Organizing Committee, tickets will be distributed via official mail, online and directly. Tickets for the group stage matches are priced at 500,000 VND, 300,000 VND and 200,000 VND. For the semi-finals, tickets are priced at 600,000 VND, 400,000 VND and 300,000 VND

Right from the evening of May 2, hundreds of people were present at the Viet Tri stadium area (Phu Tho province) to wait in line to buy tickets to watch football. Many people even prepare blankets, mats and chairs ready to line up all night. Here, security fences have been set up. The scene of queuing up through the night showed a great attraction from the U23 Vietnam team.

Those who queued overnight shared that everyone was eager for the matches of the U23 team to be held in their homeland, so despite the hardships, they were still willing to wait to buy tickets.

After an almost empty night, many Vietnamese football fans continued to wait for their turn to buy tickets.

By about 7am, fans had lined up to fill the ticketing area.

Many people even climbed the fence to avoid crowds.

There was a large number of tickets sold online, so the number of tickets sold on May 3 was not too abundant. Each match, the Organizing Committee only sells a maximum of 2 tickets to one buyer per match.

Most people want to have tickets to watch the first match of U23 Vietnam at SEA Games 31. However, many people also have to leave because they are worried that their turn will not be sold out.

Many people brought chairs to sit and wait, but because it was too crowded, they had to raise their chairs above their heads.

In front of the yard, a fence was built, many people struggled to get inside.

The weather in Phu Tho today is quite sunny, hundreds of people are still patiently waiting in line to buy tickets.

Around 9 am, the flow of people is still rushing to Viet Tri yard, young and old people are crammed in the queue to buy tickets.

Many people start to feel tired.
