The rescue team visited and encouraged Ms. L. after her life was saved.

Accordingly, around 9:15 on May 3, while on patrol, the patrol team of the Yen Tu National Forest and Monuments Management Board heard a cry for help in the depths near the Dong pagoda area. Immediately after, the patrol team organized a search and rescue. After an hour, the rescue team discovered a woman trapped in the abyss.

Because of the difficult terrain, dozens of rescue workers took turns using ropes to swing down the cliff, where Mrs. L. fell. Fortunately, the victim was not injured and was in good health.

According to Ms. L., she fell into the cliff for 7 days but no one found her.

“Mrs. L went to Yen Tu alone. When she fell, she had just come down from the top of the Dong pagoda. The victim showed signs of low blood pressure, so when she sat down, she suddenly slipped and fell into the cliff. Fortunately, there was a support tree below. so Mrs. L was not seriously injured. Currently, the victim’s health is stable. We were able to contact her family to come pick her up today”, Mr. Dung said.
