Ukraine does not conduct military operations in Russian territory

A similar incident took place in Russia’s Belgorod region, near Kharkov in Ukraine, where explosions were recorded on the night of May 2 but no casualties. Later, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov confirmed the explosions were not caused by attacks from Ukraine.
