Previously, Mr. D.K (De Tham Ward, Cao Bang City) reflected, around 22:30 pm on April 28, when his family was having lunch, there was a doctor at Friendship 103 Cao Bang General Clinic. called his sister, TBK, and said “come down here, I’ll have a gynecological examination”.
After that, TBK’s boyfriend called this doctor again and asked, “Do you know what time it is and call my lover to see a gynecologist?” Then the two sides raised their voices to each other.
At about 23:00 on the same day, the doctor mentioned above, with a man wearing the same shirt as a ward police officer and a person claiming to be an officer of Song Bang ward, came to his house to curse, demand arrest and beat his family. Police-like clothes pulled a young man at a barbershop to get into a car, but was prevented by those present.
During the struggle, the man in the white shirt slapped the girl in the face, pushed her so hard that she almost fell. When the people at the barber shop entered the house, the man continued in and continued to slap the girl hard.
Although everyone present said “the house has cameras”, the man in white was still aggressive.
According to the person who posted the clip, they did not know which unit the people in the car were from because when they were about to take the young man from the barbershop, the people above did not read the arrest warrant or introduce their positions.
The case can only be stopped when the local ward police are present to solve it.
