Apple joins a “shaking” lawsuit

Information has just been cited by Bloomberg citing the lawsuit filed by the iPhone manufacturer against the Rivos company based in Mountain View, California, USA.

Accordingly, Apple Allegedly at least two former employees brought “a lot of their confidential data” to Rivos. Among the information the individuals allegedly stole were detailed presentations of chip designs that have not yet been released, Bloomberg said.

Before being denounced, Rivos attracted attention when he recently hired former employees from Apple’s chip design department to work for him.

“We have reason to believe that Rivos directed certain Apple employees to download and install apps for encrypted communication (e.g., the Signal app) before communicating further with them.” – in Apple’s complaint there is a paragraph.

Experts say Apple’s lawsuit against Rivos could be “shocking” like Waymo sued Uber in 2017. At that time, Waymo accused Uber of stealing confidential information about its self-driving car technology.

After many years, the dispute ended with Uber agreeing to settle for $245 million in damages.

Remember, engineer Anthony Levandowski was then determined to have provided Waymo’s trade secrets to Uber. As a result, this person was sentenced to 18 months in prison, before being pardoned by former US President Donald Trump.
