In addition, the problem of personnel is also a difficulty, after the pandemic, a large force of tourism personnel was rotated, creating a big gap in the supply of human resources. With a commitment to create jobs for local people, the investor also gives many opportunities for Co Tu employees, but because this is the first time there is a large-scale tourist area in the locality, so It takes time for people to get used to the intense work in a tourist area.

Creating livelihoods for local people, contributing to the budget of Dong Giang district for socio-economic development is one of the goals of the tourist area. Currently in the trial operation phase, there are nearly 200 employees at the resort, of which 50% are Co Tu people.

According to the plan in 2023, the number of employees will double and the investor hopes that more than 60% of the labor positions will be Co Tu. To achieve that, the investor must set a very specific plan for recruitment and especially training policy.
