From July 1, additional fees for supervision of derivatives will be added

In which, additional monitoring fee derivative securitiesAs follows:

Derivatives supervision fee for Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC): 10% of revenue from position management service price/clearing service price and asset management service price deposit.

Derivatives supervision fee for the Stock Exchange: 10% of the revenue of derivatives trading services.

Besides, additional monitoring fee securities operations to the paying bank.

For stocks, fund certificates, covered warrants: 0.001% of clearing value, net payment/payment day, maximum VND 1,000,000/day.

For corporate bonds: 0.0001% of clearing value, net payment/payment day, up to 100,000 VND/day.

Some fees and charges remain the same, such as: Fees for licensing the establishment and operation of securities companies 20-100 million VND/license; the fee for licensing the establishment and operation of securities investment fund management companies and securities investment companies is VND 30 million/license…

The Circular takes effect from July 1.
