Thrilling story about 6 years of “raising a boy” on the arm of a divorced man

“I feel like a real man again,” said 47-year-old Malcolm MacDonald in a documentary about his unusual ordeal.

In 2010, this Norfolk (UK) mechanic was faced with a humiliating situation when his penis “fallen on the floor” after he developed an infection in his pelvic floor.

Surgeons then created a new penis for the father of two using a flap of skin on his left arm. They planned to move this artificial penis down to the patient’s sensitive area but were forced to postpone it due to a lack of oxygen in his blood.

Therefore, MacDonald was forced to let the “gun” be nourished on his forearm.

The second surgery to put the organ in place was delayed for six years due to various reasons such as a change in operating schedule, lack of medical staff and the COVID-19 pandemic.

“People often ask me about this ‘foreign object’ when they meet me in a pub and of course they often make fun of it. But I don’t mind. Obviously it’s not every day you see a man with his penis dangling from his arm. I also looked at the funny side of this and didn’t get upset about other people’s attitudes,” the father recalls.

In the documentary “Man with a penis on his arm”, MacDonald told about a time he helped an old woman with some items on the top shelf of the supermarket and the “little boy” suddenly appeared inside his sleeve and almost hit the old woman on the head.

“So it’s also a good story to tell your grandchildren later, right,” Mr. MacDonald said on the show with humor about his unique situation.

The divorced man said that over time, he also got used to the small object entangled in his arm – but he was extremely happy when it was finally moved back to the right place on his body.

Earlier this year, doctors successfully performed surgery to transfer MacDonald’s artificial penis from his arm to his private area.

“It was a nine-hour surgery. The first thing I do when I wake up is look down and say, “Oh, my day is here. This time, they did it.”

Nerves and blood vessels are taken from the arm and sewn together in the pubic area to establish a blood supply to the prosthesis. The urologists worked with plastic surgeons during the process to make sure McDonald’s urethra could function properly – meaning he could now urinate normally.

And the doctors also cleverly installed two tubes to help MacDonald inflate the penis with a hand pump to help “small boy” get an erection.

“This could be life-changing for me,” the man said, overwhelmed with emotion at the prospect of finally being able to have sex again.

Turns out, for MacDonald, the “fake” was even better than his previous real one. Surgeons have created a new penis that is 5cm longer than the “bad thing” – and MacDonald has a dream “little brother” with a total length of 15.24cm.

“They happily listened to my secret wish and made it come true. How many people dare to show that they have a “little boy” of designer goods”, this man shared.

He hopes that moving this new unit to the right place will help him regain his joy in life.

“I’m still lucky until now, but haven’t I lived with bad luck for too long? “You can imagine six years of your life with a penis hanging from your arm. It was a nightmare, but now it’s gone,” the man said.

In recent months, MacDonald is not the only man to attract public attention when he has problems related to his genitals.

In March, a New York man (USA) lost his “penis” after it turned black and necrotic when he injected cocaine into a blood vessel on the shaft of the penis.

The patient refused to undergo surgery to remove dead tissue on his penis. But after 5 days of intravenous antibiotics, the man continued to take the drug for another 10 days. “The clinical condition improved, but the patient refused to detox and then disappeared, making it impossible to follow up,” one report said.
