MoMo recommends customers to be vigilant and proactively protect their accounts:

– DO NOT provide password and authentication code (OTP) of MoMo wallet to anyone, including MoMo employees in any way.

– DO NOT provide MoMo wallet login information to any link other than the MoMo wallet application.

– DO NOT scan QR codes of unknown origin or without knowing the information.

– DO NOT lend/allow others to use your MoMo wallet account.

– DO NOT leave phone number, ID card, picture/bank account information/MoMo wallet on social networks.
