After auctioning the diamond, Pratap Singh Yadav will receive the money after deducting taxes. He will have more money to support his family. He plans to use the money to pay for his children’s education and open a small business.

In February 2022, a resident in the town of Panna found a 26.11 carat diamond in the mine. This man now runs a small brick kiln business. His family has been involved in the diamond mining business for about 20 years, but this is the first time such a large gem has been found.
