“Information, propaganda and dissemination of digital platforms”, “Implementation and use of national digital transformation platforms” and “Identify local digital platforms and develop specific action plans to develop digital platforms”. developing and promoting the use of digital platforms locally” are the three groups of tasks that will be focused on implementing by Thanh Hoa province to realize the set goals.

Specifically, regarding the implementation of the use of national digital transformation platforms, this year, the Department of Information and Communications of Thanh Hoa province will base on the list of national digital platforms, evaluate and clearly define the need and role. of each appropriate national digital platform, synthesize and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to approve the shared national digital platform in the area.

The Department of Information and Communications and other departments, agencies and district-level People’s Committees will also actively coordinate with the Ministry of Information and Communications and governing agencies and businesses with national digital platforms to promote the development and launch of national digital platforms. for use in the province.

The Department of Information and Communications will preside over the connection and sharing of data between the province’s systems and databases with national digital platforms in order to synchronize and connect; create a data ecosystem and accelerate the implementation of digital transformation in the province. At the same time, review and standardize the operating process to suit the platform; provide additional training in knowledge and skills for agencies, organizations and individuals that are subject to platform users.

With the task group to identify local digital platforms and develop specific action plans, the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa province stated: Businesses, organizations and units in the area have satisfactory digital platforms, criteria of a national digital platform or having the capacity to research and develop a national digital platform can register to participate in the National Digital Platform Development Program with the Ministry of Information and Communications, through the Department of Information and Communications.

Based on the list of national digital platforms, enterprises are encouraged to allocate resources to invest in research, technology mastery, and develop platforms that meet the requirements and criteria of the national digital platform to develop an action plan. specific actions to promote the use of digital platforms.

When the digital platform is developed, businesses can propose a plan to put the digital platform into use; a plan to guide and train users and transfer users to ensure the readiness and convenience for agencies, organizations and individuals who are users of the platform.

The Department of Information and Communications and other departments, agencies and district-level People’s Committees are responsible for coordinating with businesses to propose specific solutions to promote the widespread use of digital platforms.

Make e-commerce at least 7%

In the work plan for 2022, the National Committee for Digital Transformation has assigned the Thanh Hoa Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation to focus on coordinating with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Information and Communications to promote e-commerce development, with the goal of make the proportion of e-commerce revenue in total retail at least 7%.
