As The Labor Newspaper Information and public opinion in Quang Binh in recent days said that Mr. Mai Thanh Huyen used the red book of Chau Hoa 2 Primary School, Chau Hoa commune to pledge a loan of 200 million VND. The event takes place from June 2021 to April 2022. However, the amount of both principal and interest afterwards that Mr. Huyen had to use to “redeem” the red book was up to 500 million VND.
On April 18, the cadastral officer of Chau Hoa Commune People’s Committee proposed Chau Hoa 2 Primary School to “borrow” the red book to serve the work. Currently, the red book has been returned to the school.
The red book of Chau Hoa 2 Primary School has an area of 4,780 m2, belonging to land plot number 249, map sheet number 18 in Lac Son village, Chau Hoa commune. This is the land of the education and training institution, with a long term of use, signed and promulgated by the Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee on November 27, 2017.
