Through an exchange in English and a few gestures, the witness learned that the two girls were stolen by the taxi driver. However, due to a language barrier, the police told them to return and ask the hotel staff to write a report to handle it.

By this afternoon, the authorities had tracked down and arrested the taxi driver who caused the incident.
