Ukrainian intelligence announced that Russia will celebrate Victory Day in Mariupol
According to Pravda, Russian Defense Minister General Sergey Shoigu once again stated that the Russian military is in complete control of Mariupol and that the port city is beginning to return to “peaceful life”. The Russian general emphasized that Mariupol is the largest transport and industrial center in the Sea of Azov.
Meanwhile, the General Intelligence Service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said that a senior Russian military official had arrived in Mariupol to prepare for a “parade” to celebrate Victory Day on May 9.
“Sergey Kirienko, first deputy chief of staff of the Russian presidential office in charge of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, has arrived in the city of Mariupol. Currently no preparations for Victory Day celebrations are being made in ORDLO.
