Ha Giang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd only completes documents and payment procedures for CDC in Ha Giang province.

From the “ambiguous” signs mentioned above, the inspector of Ha Giang province concluded that the CDC of this province agreed with Ha Giang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to legalize the payment documents and payment documents for 2 test kits. COVID – 19, with an amount of more than 1.5 billion VND is illegal, violating Clause 1, Article 13 of the Law on Accounting 2015.

Some other units such as: Ha Giang Provincial General Hospital made a mistake of more than 297 million VND; Vi Xuyen District General Hospital violated more than 164 million VND; Bac Quang District General Hospital made a mistake of more than 106 million VND.

Therefore, the inspector of Ha Giang province requested the Department of Health to regularly inspect and monitor the use of medical equipment, consumables and chemicals at the receiving units; organization to review and clarify the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals for the occurrence of defects and errors in the bidding work and a number of violations as mentioned above (in which the review, clarify responsibilities, and discipline violators in the implementation of the bidding package under Contract No. 2608.1 dated August 26, 2021 between CDC of Ha Giang province and Ha Giang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.).
