I am 27 years old, my husband is 32 years old, my wife and I have about 1.6 billion VND, in Hanoi. Our income is about 50 million VND per month, plan to have a baby next year. I am currently debating whether to buy a house or an apartment. For my reference, if buying, the old house is about 20 m2, the price is about 2.5 billion VND to 2.7 billion VND; and old apartments cost about 2.2 billion to 2.5 billion.
