“This road has been degraded for a long time, it is quite difficult to travel. When the road is repaired and upgraded, we are very happy. The distance to the center of the district is also much more convenient. It is known that the project to repair the foundation and surface of National Highway 48E through these localities spans nearly 10km, including Manh Thai Construction Joint Stock Company, An Phu Company (headquarter in Nghe An) and Thanh Tung Company.
