The ship carries about 250 kg of cargo from the ISS to Earth. The ISS station is currently in orbit 400 km from Earth.

The crew on board Endurance, including NASA astronauts Tom Marshburn (61 years old), Raja Chari (44 years old) and Kayla Barron (34 years old), along with ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer (52 years old), boarded the ship. ISS on 11/11/2021.
