According to the Urban Committee of the People’s Council of Da Nang City, through the monitoring work, the state management of land in the commune still has some shortcomings such as: Illegal construction of works on agricultural land to form illegal tourism service establishments; The area of ​​agricultural land has been abandoned more and more due to inefficient production, the transfer of agricultural land use rights is not the right target, has not been strictly controlled…

In addition, there is a situation of people lacking information, misunderstanding views and policies on piloting tourism services combined with agricultural and forestry development in Hoa Vang district, leading to beneficial effects. use and change in real estate business activities on agricultural and forestry land; “land” objects spread inaccurate rumors to push land prices, profiteering…

Specifically, for agricultural land, at present, the area of ​​agricultural land is abandoned more and more, production is inefficient, local key agricultural products such as sugarcane cannot be sold…

Through field supervision, a number of ecotourism development models appeared, arbitrarily setting up tents and decorating small landscapes on agricultural land to serve the organization of fun activities, experiences and activities. including stay that is not in accordance with the provisions of the law.

As for forestry land, there are some areas converted from production forest land to spontaneous form according to the model of ecotourism development along the route from Ta Lang, Gian Bi to Mui Trau pass… yet regulations.

Currently, the area of ​​production forest land in Hoa Bac commune is about 240 ha, which has not yet met the demand for land allocation and production forest allocation to the people. In addition, equipment and means for forest fire prevention and control are still limited.

Faced with this situation, the Urban Committee of the People’s Council of Da Nang City proposed to the District Party Committee, the People’s Council, and the People’s Committee of Hoa Vang District; The Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Hoa Bac commune shall rectify, handle and terminate the improper use of land and illegal construction of works on agricultural land to form illegal tourism service establishments in the locality. district table. Timely correcting and orienting public opinion information, propagandizing and promptly disseminating the people to know about the acts of spreading unfounded rumors of the “earth stork” related to rumors, blowing up land prices, creating the phenomenon of land prices to push up land prices to profit, to avoid unnecessary damage to people.
