Discipline officers of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thua Thien – Hue for parking wrongly, challenging the people

Mr. Ha Tien Dung, Deputy Head of the Department of Government Construction and Youth Affairs under the Department of Home Affairs was disciplined by reprimand.

On May 6, Mr. Bach Chon Dong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Thua Thien-Hue province, said that he had just signed a decision to discipline civil servants by reprimanding Mr. Ha Tien Dung – Deputy Head of the Government Construction Department. and youth work (Department of Home Affairs).

Mr. Dong said that through behavioral analysis and comparison of regulations, Mr. Dung was not related to official activities but was a violation of the culture and communication in his residence.

Mr. Ha Tien Dung had a conflict with people after being reported on wrong parking.

As reported by the PLO, before that, Ms. PT (resident of Vicoland apartment building, Xuan Phu ward, Hue city) reflected, at around 10 p.m. on April 16, a man was driving a car with plate number 75A-113.43 parked on the sidewalk partially blocking the entrance to her apartment on the 1st floor of C2 block of Vicoland apartment building.

After discovering the incident, Ms. T called at the number pasted on the car to ask the owner of the car to drive back. But over the phone, this man not only did not admit he was wrong, but also challenged and threatened Ms. T.

“This man then showed up, but drove up to my door and said, ‘If you’re wrong, then you’re wrong,” Ms. T said.

After the incident, Ms. T called to report the incident to the police agency and the Xuan Phu ward police force and related agencies arrived at the scene to handle.

This man was later identified as Mr. Ha Tien Dung, Deputy Head of the Department of Government Construction – Youth Work (Department of Home Affairs of Thua Thien Hue Province).
