The baby boy was kept in a blue cloth bag, inside there were some baby’s belongings and a sheet of paper left by the baby’s relatives.

On the morning of May 7, talking to us, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thuong Tin town said that the local government had sent out a notice to find relatives for the baby in accordance with the law.
According to the government representative, the announcement has been made for a week but still no relatives of the baby have come to report.
