Looking for excellent young Vietnamese talents in science and technology

The Golden Globe in 2022 is a noble award co-organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Ministry of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) since 2003.

This is an award to honor young talents at home and abroad who have made excellent achievements in the field of science and technology.

This award is organized to create motivation and promote the movement of learning, researching and applying science and technology, contributing to the development of the country.

After 18 years of implementation since 2003, the Golden Globe Award has resonated in the community of young scientists.

There have been 174 excellent individuals at home and abroad that have received the Golden Globe award. In which, the field of Information and Communication Technology has 100 individuals, the field of Medical and Pharmaceutical Technology has 23 individuals, the field of Biotechnology has 17 individuals, the field of Environmental Technology has 25 individuals. and the New Materials Technology field has 9 individuals.

This award is a message of faith and expectation about creative passion that the Youth Union Central Committee and the Ministry of Science and Technology send to young scientists, as a motivation for a new beginning in the world. scientific journey.

In 2022, the Golden Globe Awards will continue to select 10 young talents in science and technology in 5 fields: Information Technology, digital conversion and automation; Medical technology; Biotechnology; environmental technology and new materials technology.

According to the organizers, the participants of the 2022 Golden Globe are Vietnamese citizens who are not older than 35 years old (as of December 31 of the awarding year) who are studying, researching or working at home or abroad.

Based on the number and quality of nominations, the Golden Globe Science and Technology Award Council (hereinafter referred to as the Award Council) will propose a specific number of awards for each field and each subject ( training, research, start-up, production, business…) to submit to the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Youth Union for decision, but no more than 10 prizes.

Each award winner will receive the “Creative Youth” badge from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, a certificate from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, with the logo. Prizes and prizes in cash at least 20 million VND.
