Notable smartphones to launch this month-Hi-tech Fashion

The first four months of 2022 saw a lot of new smartphone launches on the market, and in May, the dizzying pace of launches will continue.

Sony will officially introduce the high-end Xperia 1 IV, while Samsung is preparing to provide two more low-cost models. And many other products also appear.

Sony Xperia 1 IV

Sony has chosen May 11 to officially launch the Xperia 1 IV with the best specifications and the price is not cheap. Specifically, the 256 GB version costs about 1,325 EUR, while the 512 GB version costs about 1,470 EUR.

Vivo X80

On May 8, Vivo’s new X80 series will launch globally, including the X80 and X80 Pro members, both of which have the same specifications as the versions for the Chinese market. Therefore, the X80 Pro will have a Snapdrago 8 Gen 1 chip that combines up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal memory.

The X80 will also be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage, however it will come in two different chip variants, including Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Dimensity 9000.

In terms of cameras, the X80 Pro will have a 4-camera setup with a 50 MP main camera, a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, a 12 MP camera, and an 8 MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, while the front is a 32 MP camera. The X80 model has a 3-camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 12MP telephoto camera, while the front is a 32MP camera.

iQOO Neo6 SE

Expected to hit the Chinese market on May 6, the iQOO Neo6 SE is positioned towards the mid-range segment. The product is expected to integrate Snapdragon 870 chip, combined with 8 GB or 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal memory.

The product is also expected to come with a 6.62-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The battery of the device has a capacity of 4,700 mAh that supports 80W fast charging. No further product specifications are available at this time.

ZTE Axon 40

On May 9, ZTE’s new Axon 40 series will be available in China with 3 members: Axon 40, Axon 40 Pro and Axon 40 Ultra. However, only the following two models have been revealed in terms of specifications.

First, the Ultra model is expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip combined with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB internal memory. The device has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. As for camera capabilities, the Ultra model will have a 64MP triple camera system.

In return, the ZTE Axon 40 Pro will offer a 108 MP camera with the recently launched ISOCELL HM3 sensor by Samsung.

Redmi Note 12″

On the Chinese social network Weibo, Redmi CEO Lu Weibing has started advertising the Redmi Note 12 series, suggesting an imminent launch in the Chinese market and possibly later this month. Mr. Lu confirmed the new product line will focus on performance, but few details about their specifications are known.

Some rumors say that this model will integrate the Dimensity 8000 chip and equip a 6.6-inch screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. Finally, some rumors say the product will have strong performance and may bring the long-awaited 120W fast charging capability.

Galaxy A13s

The new Galaxy A13s has just passed some important certifications, which indicates that its launch is imminent. According to the latest rumors, the device is a variant of the Galaxy A13 already in the market, so some parameters may be the same.

Since no specifications have been revealed, the product is expected to come with an Exynos 850 chip, combined with 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of internal memory. Galaxy A04

Like the Galaxy A13s, the Galaxy A04 has also just passed a number of certifications indicating that it will be available soon. It is expected that the product will come with the same MediaTek chip as its predecessor, which comes with the Helio P50 chip, or change more drastically when it comes with a chip from Qualcomm.
