With the help of locals, 2 female tourists reported to the police. After receiving the information, Hoan Kiem District Police focused on investigating and verifying.
At 11:30 on 5/5, the police invited Hung to work.
On the afternoon of May 5, the Police Department of Hoan Kiem District (Hanoi) carried out the procedure to return 2 phones to 2 Russian female tourists.
