The Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People’s Council has just issued a decision on organizing a delegation to supervise the implementation of the provisions of law in the management and use of public property, which is state-owned houses and land in the city.

The purpose of this monitoring round is to assess the situation and results of implementation of legal regulations in the management and use of public property, which are houses and land, of state agencies, organizations and public non-business units. state-owned enterprises, socio-political organizations of Hanoi; the management and use of the house fund and land fund of 20-25% of commercial housing development projects, urban development investment projects for social housing in the locality.
