Jail for breaking boyfriend’s condom

VirtueA woman was found guilty of sexual abuse and received a six-month suspended prison sentence for intentionally breaking her boyfriend’s condom.

39-year-old woman and 42-year-old man agree to enter into a relationship mates from 2021. They see each other often but then the woman falls in love and yearns for a deeper connection, as opposed to the man who just wants to be friends in bed.

This girl has sneaked through many times condom of the other party trying to get pregnant but failed. However, she still informed the man she was pregnant, as well as admitted to the puncture “raincoat”.

The man was extremely angry and sued her to court.

The judges all agreed it was a crime, but were initially unsure what to charge the woman, as there was no precedent. After considering the charge of rape, they were reduced to the charge of assault sexwhen the phrase “stealthing” was found in a legal document.

Judge Astrid Salewski of Bielefeld City Court said the woman was sentenced on April 4.

In delivering the verdict, the judge said the case was one of the unusual in German legal history, as the crime of “stealthing” was committed by a woman. A report by Columbia Journal of Gender and Law 2017 shows that stealthing – when a man or woman secretly affects a condom – is a new legal phenomenon.

In 2020, in the UK, one man was convicted of rape and 4 years in prison for intentionally breaking a condom during sex.
