Authentic Tieu noodles are still preserved, round and smaller than Hokkien yellow noodles. And noodle soup is a large stalk similar to pho stalk, often found in satay noodle soup. Coming here, the most popular dish and also the most interesting dish is mixed noodles, dry or water are very delicious. If you order a dry meal, the “topping” will include shrimp, squid, pork, pho, liver, kidney… put in a separate bowl to keep the heat. In addition, the pickles section in this shop is also different. Normally, the restaurant will have a pot of stewed cabbage and sour soup to reduce fat according to the traditional way of eating of the Tieu people, here the shop owner “modifies” into a dry way like eating cucumbers commonly found in the South.

Another rare thing is that this family still keeps the tradition of making noodles from more than half a century ago, even if you just eat it now, it is still the same noodles as it was more than 60 years ago. The noodles here are tough but still retain their crispiness, eat noodles until almost the end of the bowl and still not be mushy.
