Mr. Ly Gia Sieu, 64 years old, was appointed Secretary General of Administration of Hong Kong in June 2021, this is the second position after the chief of the special zone. In July 2021, Mr. Lee was appointed chairman of the Candidate Eligibility Committee for local elections.
Mr. Ly Gia Sieu started his career as a policeman. He joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1977 and held many positions in the industry.
