Boiled or roasted chicken forever is boring, steaming with this is delicious, not enough cooked rice

Material:

400g chicken wings, 4 large dried shiitake mushrooms, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, seasoned chicken powder, sesame oil, salt.

Making:

Wash chicken wings, cut into bite-sized pieces.

Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add soy sauce, cooking wine, seasoning powder, white sugar, salt, sesame oil and 1 color of minced ginger.
