In Can Giuoc district, this locality has approved a compensation plan, supporting 57 projects, paying compensation for more than 7,700 households and individuals with an amount of over VND 3,952 billion to clear more than 2,296 hectares of land. .
The Government has approved the investment policy of 97 projects in industrial zones, clusters, urban areas, residential areas, resettlement, trade and service, cemeteries, etc. with a total area of about 5,845 ha; 9 key projects of the Central, provinces and districts with a total area of about 626 ha. Provincial People’s Committee also plans to organize bidding to select investors for 23 projects with an area of 8,621 ha.

This district also promotes compensation and site clearance for the National Highway 50B project, the road along the Vam Co Tay river, the road to the Vam Nhut Tao relic site to the Vam Co Dong river… In the period of 2023 – 2025, Tan Tru will continue to carry out site clearance for 4 industrial parks, ecological urban areas, and residential areas in the communes of Binh Trinh Dong, Tan Phuoc Tay, Nhut Ninh, Duc Tan and Tan Tru town.
Meanwhile, as a key locality for industrial development, Can Duoc district is also implementing measures and solutions on compensation and site clearance in the area. In the period of 2021-2025, according to the plan, the district will clear nearly 20 works with the recovered land area of nearly 1,400 hectares.
Currently, Long An province is implementing the goal of speeding up the investment process to complete infrastructure, create a clean land fund to call for and attract investment to meet the requirements of industrial development, urban population, and trade. trade – services of the province.
