“In the process of investing in deserted areas such as the North of Cam Ranh Peninsula, local authorities have also temporarily created residential land without forming residential units to attract investment. However, the key issue is the law. The law does not recognize it. If in the near future there are amendments to the law or a circular guiding by-laws to have identifiers for tourist real estate, many difficulties will be removed,” said Mr. Phan Viet Hoang, General. Secretary of Khanh Hoa Real Estate Brokers Association, said.
Last weekend, in Khanh Hoa province, the Vietnam Bar Association held a seminar “Vietnam tourism real estate market – Legal bottlenecks, practices and solutions”. Many argue that the root of the problem lies in the 2013 Land Law. However, while waiting for the law to be revised, the removal of difficulties for tourism real estate projects should be carried out immediately.
“The government has done it, it needs to accompany businesses, need specific recommendations so that the Government can issue sub-law regulations to remove and recognize the ownership rights of buyers,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Deputy Chairman. President of Vietnam Real Estate Association, emphasized.
“The lack of official identification with tourism real estate makes it difficult to issue ownership certificates to people. We are consulting the central government and the Government to solve this difficulty,” Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Le Huu Hoang commented.
A representative of the Bar Association said that the ideas and recommendations from the workshop will be synthesized and sent to relevant ministries and agencies, in order to soon have urgent and long-term solutions to complete the legal corridor for any legal entity. tourism and resort real estate, thereby unleashing development resources for this market.
