The police of Cam Xuyen district (Ha Tinh province) have just decided to prosecute a criminal case related to Le Quynh Tr. (4 years old) was beaten by her biological aunt, Nguyen Thi Huyen (SN 1999, residing in Thien Cam town) and was hospitalized with a broom handle.
On the morning of May 9, a private source said, after determining that there were signs of crime “tortured me”, Senior Colonel Phan Ngoc To, head of the Cam Xuyen District Public Security Bureau, signed a decision to prosecute the case. Criminal.
Before that, around 2pm on April 26, Le Quynh Tr. (4 years old) was admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery (Ha Tinh General Hospital) for medical examination in the state of head, back, abdomen, leg with scratches, face and body bruised.
Through examination, the doctor suspected that these injuries were caused by being beaten, so he reported it to the Thien Cam town police for investigation and clarification. Upon receiving the news, Cam Xuyen District Police launched an investigation.
At the police station, Huyen confessed that because Tr. lazy to eat, often vomited when eating, so Huyen got angry, used broom handle, mop, hanger to beat the baby. Baby Tr. was beaten several times by her aunt before being admitted to the hospital.
Examination results, grandson Tr. 9% was injured by her aunt.
The case continues to be investigated and clarified by the authorities.
