According to the representative of the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, who holds the right to prosecute in court, Kim Gi Young (Korean nationality) invested in the business of karaoke restaurant Masters – King Club, located in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. Kim Gi Young hired fellow countryman Kim Kyungdon as general manager, Nguyen Tran Hoang Quan under the name of a business license in combination with serving tables at the restaurant. To attract customers, Kim GiYoung allows female employees to sell sex with Korean customers.

Wanting to expand prostitution, Kim Kyungdon hired 4 more Korean managers, including: Woo Jae Un, Lee Jong IL, Kim Kyoung Sang, Lee Sang Gu. These people are responsible for posting advertising information on social networks to attract customers.

After that, the Korean manager brings the customer into the restaurant, the Vietnamese female employee introduces, brokers and then brings the sex worker into the room for the customer to choose. The cashier puts the cost on the restaurant bill for the customer to pay. When bringing people into the hotel, the group of people connected with the hotel owner concealed the act of buying – selling sex, raising the room rental price to make profit.

The price of the trip depends on the agreement with the guest. Female employees working as cashiers and brokers receive monthly salaries paid by boss Kim GiYoung. Some people do not receive salary but enjoy the difference after each successful brokerage. The total amount of profits from illegal activities is up to billions of dong.

After the group of brokers and prostitution houses was busted by the police, the leader Kim Gi Young abandoned the accused for the crime of “brokering people”. The investigation agency has temporarily decided to investigate only Kim Gi Young, when caught, they will be handled later.
