According to the announcement of the Organizing Committee, the opening and closing ceremonies of the 31st SEA Games, along with the final match and the bronze medal competition of men’s football at the congress took place in My Dinh (Hanoi). All tickets to these 4 major events will be under the management of the 31st SEA Games Organizing Committee.

Each sports delegation will be issued 131 invitations, including 100 invitations for athletes sitting in the stands and 31 athletes marching on the field. But because some countries have few athletes attending the Games like Timor Leste and Brunei, the remaining invitations from these countries will be distributed to Vietnamese athletes.
